Hi, I'm Veronica.

I’m a software developer based in Germany, specializing in creating web scraper interfaces for European banks. I’m passionate about exploring new technologies and embracing creative projects. This portfolio highlights some of my latest work.

My journey into software development and IT has been a long and winding one. After graduating high school in Stockholm, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from LMU in Germany. While working as a waitress, I also completed a Journalism degree. I’ve briefly worked as a product manager and online editor, was a self-employed blogger, did content creation for a U.S.-based company, and wrote a smoothie recipe book. Eventually, I discovered my passion for programming through Harvard’s CS50 introductory course in computer science. After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, I began working as a JavaScript developer. You can read more about my story on OpenClassrooms’ blog below.

What drives me, is my passion for creating, learning, and doing meaningful work. I’ve let curiosity guide me, and it’s been an exciting journey so far. In the words of Sheryl Sandberg,

"If you’re offered a seat on a rocket ship, don’t ask what seat! Just get on."
